Prices

Prices listed are exclusive of postage. Orders over £50 are post free.  Postage and packing is calculated by weight, current example prices:  

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day. Orders placed after the cut off will be sent on the next working day.

Payment

Payment can be made using any of the major credit/debit cards:

We use Google Checkout as a secure method of credit card payment.

Refunds

If a CD is returned unopened and in its original condition within 30 days of purchase then a full refund will be given.

Defective CDs will be accepted if accompanied by a letter outlining the fault. A replacement CD will be dispatched.

Welsh Contemporary is committed to safe guarding your privacy in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. This policy sets out briefly the information weneed about you and the use to which we will put it. In registering with the site in order to receive newsletters or make purchases you are consenting to your information being used in the ways set out here.

Information collected and how it is used

To register with our site and receive information we will need your name and email address. If you are making a purchase we will need a delivery address and request a telephone number.

We do not pass your details on to third parties.

We aim to keep accurate information and therefore ask you to keep your details upto date and notify us of any changes that need to be made.

Should the business be sold then customer information held will be treated as an asset and will pass on to the new owner.

Safeguarding your information

We follow best industry practice by using SSL software to protect your information during transmission. Only the last 4 digits of your credit card are revealed when we confirm an order. Credit card transactions are conducted using Google checkouts.
